So beautiful it's hard to imagine why a person would want to change anything.

I want to get away from the basement for a minute to show everyone our new built-in buffet. Shown above is the "before" picture.
Adam built the buffet for us in his workshop, disassembled it, and transported all the pieces to Duluth.
The top cabinets were designed to hold Jude's drums.
And here's the "after" picture. Jude varnished the buffet, put the hardware on, and now our buffet is complete.
With the help of Jude's Mom , JoAnne, we were able to begin tiling the floor during Shiloh's nap.
After JoAnne left, Shiloh "helped" tile, grout and seal the floor. She ate lots of snacks, climbed on Mom's back and stepped on the tiles to make sure they were layed properly. She is taking a much needed H2O break in this picture.
We finished sheetrocking, mudding and sanding!!!!!
