Crawfish!
Last weekend Michelle and I joined several of her co-workers for a time-honored Southern tradition: the crawfish boil!
Ingredients: (Served 25 people with plenty leftovers)
Live crawfish
Salt for purging
Zatarain's crawfish boil seasoning
Whole onions
Whole new potatoes
Corn on the cob, shucked & cut into thirds
Whole mushrooms
Whole garlic cloves
Cajun sausages, cut into 1-inch sections
